*Not included: Prescription medications or supplements. Specialty compounded medications (hormone therapy, weight loss, etc.), typically $100–$500/month; costs vary widely based on medication type, combinations, and supply & demand.
**The provider has negotiated discounts on labs and compound meds that extend to the patient. Any recommended outside services such as imaging or referrals are not part of the package price; the referred provider will manage and bill for them separately.
